Parking is available via free and metered street options, depending on availability. Please be sure to check street signs for any time restrictions or regulations.

Studios 1 and 2 are not ground-level. For large quantity and sized equipment load-in and load-out, the studios are accessible via freight elevator. Please note there is no passenger elevator in the building. Guest must use the stairs to get to Studio 1 and 2.

We kindly ask that guests do basic tidying and ensure all garbage is placed in the trash before leaving. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the building. Guests are welcome to bring in outside catering, and full access to the kitchenette is included for your convenience.

Every booking requires insurance coverage for the studio renter, this is for protection and safety for both the renter and the studio.

If you are not sure if you are covered or have questions about the insurance please inquire.

All rented studios have their own private additional space for beauty, dressing or lounging. This comes included with your rental pricing.

Studio 1 has 150 chairs and Studio 6 has 75 chairs. We have 6’ tables for each studio upon request. These tables and chairs are available to anyone who books but must be setup and arranged in your desired layout and returned back to storage.

All studio rentals require a minimum booking of 3 hours.
